The trust of our customers is also the basis for our success. We grow from year to year and we have not lost any customers yet. The reason for this is that we often exceed expectations - and that our customers trust us to do a good job again on the next project. For us, this is an aspect of sustainabilityin corporate management - just like our commitment to the environment or to women's football at FC Schalke 04.
When it comes to software, we also rely on long-term and trusting cooperation with our partners. Because many factors have to be taken into account when planning and carrying out shutdowns, we develop customised solutions together.
From mining to entrepreneurship
Volker Zillekens, our Managing Director, learned in the mining industry how important trust is. He is firmly rooted in the tradition and culture of the Ruhr region, from the coal mines to football
After his apprenticeship at the Auguste-Victoria mine in Marl, he worked underground as a fitter for five years. Parallel to this demanding job, he completed further training at night school to become a mechanical engineering technician. Afterwards, he worked above ground as a trainer.
In 2000, Volker Zillekens, like many others in the region, had to face up to structural change. He reorganised his career and moved to a service provider in the process industry as a technical employee. Just three years later, he became Technical Manager at this company. Following a reorganisation at the turn of the year 2005/2006, he then took over sole responsibility for the company as managing minority shareholder.
Volker Zillekens and a partner founded IIG Revisionsmanagement GmbH following the sale of the group of companies in 2009. He successfully built up the company as managing partner and took over the minority interests in 2016. Since then, the company has been known as RV Management GmbH.
The core team at RV Management GmbH has been working together successfully since 2000. Volker Zillekens and his management team trust in the reliability and expertise of their colleagues. The basis for this is trustworthy, personal and always honest communication, which our customers and business partners also appreciate.
